How to Prepare
A little preparation helps us make the most of your visit. Please bring:

Your insurance or dental plan information, even though we are out of network
A list of any medications you currently take
Any prior imaging, x-rays, or records from another provider
A list of questions you want answered

Stone Dental Implant Center is an out of network provider with PPO plans, which lets Dr. Stone plan your care around the right clinical outcome rather than insurance restrictions. We provide documentation you can submit to your plan for possible reimbursement, and financing options are available so treatment can fit your budget.
