These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Stone Surgical Arts PLLC. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Stone Surgical Arts PLLC operates an Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC text messaging program that allows our team to communicate with patients and prospective patients by SMS. Messages are sent on our behalf through a third-party messaging platform and its underlying telecommunications providers.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Stone Surgical Arts PLLC by:

  • Checking the SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website, www.stonedentalimplantcenter.com — including our contact form, appointment request, virtual consultation request, and patient evaluation form — and submitting your mobile number
  • Affirmatively agreeing in writing or electronically to receive text messages from us

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving dental or surgical care.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and conversational text messages from Stone Surgical Arts PLLC at the mobile number you provided. You confirm that you own the mobile number submitted or are authorized to enroll it.

  • Appointment messages: reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notices, pre-operative preparation instructions, and post-operative care follow-ups

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, treatment timeline, and interactions with us. You will not receive an unreasonable number of messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stone Surgical Arts PLLC does not charge a fee for the text messages themselves.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you would like to rejoin, simply opt in again through a form on our website or contact our office.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing related to text messaging is limited to subcontractors who help us operate the SMS program, such as our messaging platform provider and telecommunications carriers, and only as needed to deliver messages to you. We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in data.

Standard text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not send sensitive health, financial, or personally identifiable information by text. For matters involving protected health information, please call our office.
